Guitar, doghouse bass, fiddle, 5-string banjo, autoharp,
mandolin,
accordian, harmonica and resonator dobro
Shepherd’s supply a wagon
(trailer) stage to perform on if
needed. It can be pulled to several locations during the day for shows.
The
sound system is part of the stage and is supplied. Although the stage
is
covered, during a rainy period an indoor area is requested.
Non-smoking or outdoor venues are
acceptable
Our family continues with the music.
Amos
Shepherd, Gene's father passed away in May , 1999. He provided
Gene with his lifelong musical foundation.
We thank Bob and Cathy Moore for 22 plus years of making music with
us and we wish them well. They are true friends.
We regret the passing of David Anderson, harmonica player and
mentor and thank him for his contribution to our music.
Jack Eklund passed away in 1995. He was a great guy, a poet, song
writer and contributor to our musical enjoyment.
Bob Rosell passed away in 2007.
He shared many songs with us.
